THE WAY WE THINK CAN AFFECT OUR ACTIONS

Dear friends,

This is an experience of someone I knew. This really happened.
As human beings, we all have goals. But are they all realistic?
Sometimes our goals can be more of a hindrance than a help!

There is one rule of thumb that never fails. God created us for his 
purpose. Sometimes, it is hard to believe he is in control, but it is 
a fact. Why not ask him for guidance.

There are times we want something so badly, that we let our thinking
dominate the real truth. Over a period of time, we become obsessed 
with a goal we think we must accomplish. This school of thinking, not
only can affect our actions, but may also hurt others.

This particular person, was determined that he would be a prominent
and successful person. There were many things that happened over many
years that pointed him in a different direction.

He invested everything he had in this pseudo success. The harder he tried, 
the poorer the results. The end result of his struggle; he had a devastating
illness from which he never recovered.
