MANY ARE CALLED, BUT FEW ARE CHOSEN

Hi guys,

Hope your week is going well. My story this week is about Halloween night. I decided to go out and share a floral experience where I felt needed. I walked along this main street and I saw a woman holding a sign which read "ONLY JESUS".

I felt secure she was one of God's chosen. I gave her a floral arrangement which she readily accepted. Shortly after, her husband arrived and introduced himself. He was a pastor. They moved away a short distance and suddenly I noticed his wife, placing the flower on the ground near the fire hydrant.

My heart sank. If they did not want the flower, why not just refuse it. I prayed and asked God what to do. In my spirit I was assured to leave it alone. A while later, I looked around and the flower was gone.

As I tried to make sense of the reason why a pastor's wife would do such a thing, the Lord spoke these words to me: "many are called, but few are chosen". I knew this was accurate as the scripture Mathew 22:14 tells us so. God knows the hearts of all men.
